At Little Paradise your hosts are Bern and Patty Moon

Bern Moon was Professor and Head of the School of Geography, Archaeology and Environmental Studies at University of the Witwatesrand. His contribution to student teaching, research in geomorphology and university administration spans thirty years. He is a well respected academic in South Africa and internationally and is well known for his ground-breaking research on the rivers of the Kruger National Park.

Patty Moon has a geographical background but runs an established graphic design company in the Midlands. She is also an artist having had 9 one-man exhibitions of her work in Johannesburg. She works in watercolours, acrylics and pen-and-ink and has joined the Midlands Meander Artist's Guild. Her work can be viewed at Little Paraside in The Barn
